HOW IT WORKS

Both parties are required to contact the Centre via text message or email, providing their full name and email address.

An invoice will then be issued for the Intake and Orientation fees.

Once payment has been received, the order in which the following occurs may vary:

• The Intake Form and Service Agreement will be emailed to the individual.
• A follow-up phone call will be arranged to review the Service Agreement and answer any questions.
• The Child Orientation session will then be arranged with the Resident Parent / Carer and child/ren.

Once the Orientation has been completed and all required forms have been signed and returned, supervised contact sessions can then be booked.

INTAKE – EFFECTIVE 1 JUNE 2026

• $150 – Resident Parent / Carer
• $150 – Non-Resident Parent

ORIENTATION – EFFECTIVE 1 JUNE 2026

• $100 – Split between parties unless otherwise stated in a Court Order or written agreement.

SUPERVISED CONTACT – EFFECTIVE 1 JUNE 2026

• $140 per hour – Weekday
• $170 per hour – Saturday
• $180 per hour – Sunday

SUPERVISED CHANGEOVERS – EFFECTIVE 1 JUNE 2026

• $80 per changeover – Weekday / Weekend

SUMMARY / BRIEF WRITING FEES

Fees for summaries, reports, and brief writing are charged separately and vary depending on:

• The number of visits attended;
• The volume of material requiring review; and
• The complexity of the report or documentation being prepared.
