At CRE84U, we provide a safe, supportive, and impartial space for children from separated families to maintain meaningful relationships with their non-resident parent. Our Centre prioritises each child’s emotional wellbeing while relieving stress for parents navigating separation, domestic violence, or high-conflict dynamics.
As a privately-run Contact Centre, we offer shorter wait times and personalised care. With a trauma-informed and culturally safe approach, our team is here to ensure children feel protected, seen, and supported—today, tomorrow, and Forever.
Our Services
CRE84U is a child and Family Contact Centre located in Slacks Creek, servicing the regions of Logan, Bayside, Brisbane, Beenleigh, and Gold Coast.

At CRE84U we facilitate court ordered contacts as well as in/out of home reunifications through the Department of Children, Youth Justice and Multicultural Affairs.
When a parent and child engage in supervised visitation, they do in the presence of a third party, namely CRE84U. We are responsible for ensuring neither the parent nor the child will be subjected to any form of physical abuse, threats, intimidation, abduction, or humiliation. Supervised visitations are intended to provide parents with the chance to spend time with their children in a setting that is both safe and familiar to them.

The time the child(ren) spends with a non-resident parent using a speaker telephone or video streaming program as a means of communication, that is supervised by our staff as per the terms of the Service Agreement.

A supervised transfer of the child/children from the custodial parent to the non-custodial parent for a non-supervised visit with the child/children to ensure the two parents during a changeover do not come into contact.
